Mdtravelitaly Direct Booking service let you make reservations by
hotels, residences and B&B all over Italy without any added reservation
fee. Rooms availability and rates are updated by our partner hotels
in real time, this lets you receive automatic instant booking confirmations.
Hotels with On Request Booking will confirm your reservation manually
after a short time. RESERVATION
CANCELLATION
Reservations may be canceled without any penalty according to the
hotel's cancellation policy, by clicking the link provided in your
confirmation email message.
Cancellations made after the deadline (usually 2 days before arrival)
and no shows will be charged according to the hotel's cancellation
policy. Cancellations must be made solely through Mdtravelitaly
reservation system or customer service, otherwise customers will
be billed according the hotel's cancellation policy.
RESERVATION
CHANGES
If you need to make changes to you reservation, you have to cancel
it and make a new one. If the cancellation is made before the cancellation
deadline, according to the hotel cancellation policy, no penalty
will be charged.
In case of early check-out the amount charged by Mdtravelitaly on
your credit card will not be refunded neither will be deductible
from the Hotel's bill.
BILLING
To complete your reservation, you need to provide a valid credit
card as a booking guarantee. Your credit card data will be processed
according to the most recent security standards available, with
128 bit encryption.
Your credit card will be charged only after the expiration of the
cancellation terms for the hotel's commission, you will pay the
difference directly to the hotel.
